Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Maison by Mell is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and transit times are subject to the carrier's operations. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in reviewing the situation.

Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier.

Maison by Mell is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not wear, install, wash, cut, color, alter, or otherwise modify the hair before contacting us. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine whether the product qualifies for a return, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
