You should take your measurements carefully. Before you start, pin hair as flat and tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.
1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Before delivery or shipment, each client receives a final approval video to review her piece. Once approved and delivered or shipped, the order is considered fully accepted and completed.
Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been handled, tried on, or worn, as hair products can absorb odors, sweat, and external factors.
By making a purchase, whether online or in-store, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and transit times are subject to the carrier's operations. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in reviewing the situation.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier.
Maison by Mell is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
Please do not wear, install, wash, cut, color, alter, or otherwise modify the hair before contacting us. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine whether the product qualifies for a return, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Maison by Mell is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural events, or circumstances outside of our control.
